Early Access for selected organizations

Evaluate HirzHub before commercial launch

HirzHub is currently available to selected organizations through a structured Early Access program ahead of commercial availability planned for December 2026.

Early Access is intended for organizations evaluating secure enterprise communication, sovereign deployment, organizational governance and controlled infrastructure.

Access is not automatically provisioned. Each request is reviewed by the HirzHub team to determine whether the current product stage, requested capabilities and deployment requirements can be supported.

Work with HirzHub before general commercial availability

Early Access gives selected organizations an opportunity to evaluate HirzHub in advance of the commercial launch.

Depending on the organization and approved scope, an Early Access engagement may include:

  • Access to available HirzHub applications and platform capabilities
  • Evaluation of messaging and collaboration workflows
  • Administrative and governance evaluation
  • Identity and access requirements review
  • Security architecture discussion
  • Deployment and infrastructure assessment
  • On-Premise or sovereign deployment evaluation where currently supported
  • Technical feedback with the HirzHub team
  • Preparation for a future production deployment

Capabilities available during Early Access may vary as the platform progresses toward commercial release.

Designed for organizations with real enterprise requirements

Early Access is primarily intended for:

  • Government and public-sector organizations
  • Regulated industries
  • Large enterprises
  • Security-sensitive organizations
  • Organizations evaluating On-Premise or sovereign communication infrastructure
  • Technology and security teams assessing alternatives to public SaaS communication platforms

Early Access is not intended as a public consumer beta or unrestricted self-service signup.

Every request is evaluated individually

  1. Submit your requirements

Tell us about your organization, intended use case, security requirements and preferred deployment model.

  2. HirzHub review

Our team reviews the requested scope against the capabilities currently available through Early Access.

  3. Technical discussion

Where appropriate, we discuss infrastructure, identity, networking, security, clients and operational requirements with your team.

  4. Scope confirmation

If the requested environment can be supported, we agree on the capabilities, deployment model and evaluation scope available for your organization.

  5. Early Access

Selected organizations receive access according to the agreed Early Access scope and applicable terms.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a specific capability, deployment model or delivery date.

Availability and evaluation details

A platform approaching commercial release

HirzHub continues to evolve toward commercial availability in December 2026.

The website describes the intended scope and architecture of the HirzHub platform. During Early Access, individual capabilities, applications, integrations, security controls and deployment models may become available in stages.

Before onboarding an organization, the HirzHub team confirms what is currently available for the requested environment.

This allows organizations to evaluate HirzHub against actual requirements without presenting pre-release capabilities as universally available.

Commercial launch planned for December 2026

HirzHub is currently in its pre-commercial Early Access stage.

Commercial availability is planned for December 2026, when HirzHub will transition from selected Early Access engagements to its commercial product and deployment model.

Organizations participating in Early Access can also discuss their path toward a future production deployment.

Start from your environment, not from a generic deployment

We may review:

  • Organization size and structure
  • Intended communication use cases
  • Identity provider and directory environment
  • Security and authentication requirements
  • Device-management requirements
  • Data-location and sovereignty requirements
  • Networking and connectivity restrictions
  • Preferred deployment model
  • High-availability requirements
  • Web, desktop and mobile requirements
  • Encryption requirements
  • Retention and audit requirements
  • Integration requirements
  • Commercial deployment timeline

You do not need to determine the final architecture before requesting Early Access.
